Gender Equality Workshop
Participants at the joint BMW/S&E gender and equality workshop
The S&E & BMW Regional Assemblies facilitated a workshop on Gender Equality in the offices of the Equality Authority in Dublin on the 17th February 2011.
The event which was attended by Government Bodies involved in the implementation of the Regional Operational Programmes was designed to improve reporting to the S&E OP Monitoring Committee under the Equality Principles. Along with an overview from the BMW Regional Assembly and presentation by Patrick O’Leary, Gender Equality Division, Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, and interventions were made by the Equality Authority.
